Tomato and flank steak is tasty, nutritious, and easy to make. Slicing the steak properly is the key.

Ingredients

1 pound flank steak

3 tomatoes

Steps

  1. Use a pan that has cover. Place on stove under medium-high heat.

  2. Wash tomatoes. Cut tomatoes into 1/2-cm or 1/5-inch slices. Put into pan and cover.

  3. Cut flank steak into 1/4-cm or 1/10-inch slices. Slice across muscle fibers (grain).

  4. Reduce to low heat. Add flank steak to pan and stir.

  5. Keep stirring for even cooking of flank steak. Transfer to serving plate once the last traces of rawness disappears. About two minutes.
