Stir-fried Beef With Green Onion

Stir-fried beef with green onion is pleasant with allium aroma and rich in tender beef flavor. And it only takes twenty minutes to make.
Ingredients
1/2 pound beef tenderloin
1 bunch spring onion
1 onion
2 teaspoons soy sauce
If available:
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Steps
Caramelize onion.
Cut onion into thin strips, less than 1/2 centimeter.
Cook in pan under medium to medium-high heat.
Prepare other ingredients.
Clean scallion. Cut scallion into 3-cm or 1-inch pieces. Set aside.
Cut beef tenderloin into slices as thin as your knife and skill allows. Mix in soy sauce and sugar to somewhat marinate.
Stir fry.
Turn heat up to high.
Add scallion and stir continuously for one minute.
Add beef tenderloin and stir until uniformly mixed.
Turn off heat.
Keep stirring, immerse any partially cooked beef tenderloin into the warmth of its fellow ingredients.
Serve immediately.
