10 ounces chicken broth

If available:

1 bulb green onion

Steps

  1. Fill steamer with water and place under high heat.

  2. Beat eggs in large bowl until fluidy like water.

  3. Add chicken broth and mix well.

  4. When water in steamer boils, cover bowl, for example, with a plate and place into steamer.

  5. Steam for fifteen minutes.

  6. Prepare green onion for garnish.

  7. Unconver bowl, garnish, and serve immediately.

Notes

  1. Additional salt is unnecessary if the chicken broth is salted.
