Roasted Pork Ribs

Fragrant ginger and garlic combined with tender pork ribs make a wholesome meal. With advanced planning, this easy-to-prepare dish takes little active time.

Ingredients

1 rack pork ribs

1 can soft drink

If available:

3 ounces ginger

2 bulbs garlic

2 tablespoons soy sauce

Preparation

  1. Remove membrane on the back side of pork ribs.

  2. Place pork ribs into oven tray front side up.

  3. Mince ginger and garlic together with soy sauce.

  4. Stir ginger-garlic mixture into soft drink such as cola or sprite.

  5. Pour over pork ribs. Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate overnight.

Steps

  1. Bake at 150 °C or 300 °F for two and a half hours.

  2. Remove aluminum foil, carve, and enjoy right away.
