Roasted halibut is a simple-to-make and nutritious dish. Halibut is high in protein with negligible fat.
Ingredients
1 pound halibut
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
If available:
1 pinch salt
1 pinch black pepper

Steps
Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
Spread dijon mustard onto halibut.
Sprinkle salt and black pepper evenly onto dijon mustard
Place halibut into oven. Bake for twenty minutes.
Retrive halibut from oven. Rest for five minutes.
