Roasted Halibut

Roasted halibut is a simple-to-make and nutritious dish. Halibut is high in protein with negligible fat.

Ingredients

1 pound halibut

1 tablespoon dijon mustard

If available:

1 pinch salt

1 pinch black pepper

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).

  2. Spread dijon mustard onto halibut.

  3. Sprinkle salt and black pepper evenly onto dijon mustard

  4. Place halibut into oven. Bake for twenty minutes.

  5. Retrive halibut from oven. Rest for five minutes.

  6. Enjoy.
