One-pot Turkey Tofu

One-pot turkey tofu comes in handy when time is short. It has protein. It has fiber. It is rich in minerals. Leftover makes tasty lunch for the morrow.

Ingredients

24 ounces tofu

1 pound ground turkey

If available:

1 bulb garlic

1 jalapeno

2 bunches spinach

1 pinch salt

Steps

  1. Place pot onto stove under medium-high heat.

  2. Dice tofu and put into pot.

  3. Mince garlic and jalapeno. Put into pot.

  4. Wash spinach. Set aside.

  5. Lower heat to medium. Add minced turkey to pot. Break minced turkey up into small pieces.

  6. Add spinach before minced turkey is fully cooked. Stir.

  7. Turn stove off just before spinach is done. Add salt to pot and stir.

  8. Call everyone to the table and eat.
