Garlic Chicken In Lemon-anchovy

Garlic chicken in lemon anchovy is quick and easy to make, with no sacrifice of tastiness. Anchovies, capers, garlic, and lemon compose a vibrant and tangy sauce for succulent chicken thighs.

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds chicken thigh

3 ounces anchovy

If available:

1 bulb garlic

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flake

2 tablespoons capers

1/2 lemon

Steps

  1. Place skillet on stove under medium-low heat.

  2. Spread anchovy onto skillet.

  3. Mince garlic and add to skillet.

  4. Add red pepper flake.

  5. Roughly chop capers and add to skillet.

  6. Increase heat to medium-high. Place chicken thigh into skillet skin-side down.

  7. Flip chicken thigh when skin browns. Approximately three minutes.

  8. Reduce heat to medium low. Cover skillet and cook for ten minutes.

  9. Flip chicken thigh, cover, and cook for another five minutes.

  10. Turn off heat. Squeeze lemon juice into skillet and stir.

  11. Best consumed while hot.
