Fried Red Snapper Fillet

Red snapper is tasty with substantial texture. The moderate hotness in this recipe brings out its flavor.
Ingredients
1 pound red snapper fillet
1 fresno pepper
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon oil
If available:
1 bulb spring onion
Steps
Heat oil in pan under low heat.
Mince fresno pepper. Add to pan.
Add salt to pan and stir.
Cut spring onion into 1/4-cm or 1/10-inch rings. Set aside.
Add red snapper fillet flash side down to pan. Increase heat to medium high. Let sit until half cooked through; about five minutes.
Flip red snapper fillet. Reduce heat to medium. Cook until entire fillet turns opaque; about five minutes.
Plate and sprinkle spring onion on top.
Serve immediately.
