Egg Fried Shrimp

Smoothness of fried egg meets sweetness of shrimp. It takes fifteen minutes from ingredients to table.
Ingredients
1 pound shrimp
6 eggs
2 teaspoons oil
If available:
1/2 teaspoon salt

Steps
Peel and devein shrimp. Set aside.
Egg.
Combine eggs and salt in a large bowl.
Beat eggs until fluidy like water.
Fry.
Start a pan with oil under medium-high heat.
Fry eggs until almost done.
Pour eggs into pan when it is hot.
Let sit for thirty seconds.
Reduce heat to medium. Keep turning eggs with spatula until ninety per cent coagulated.
Remove eggs from pan onto serving plate.
Fry shrimp.
Turn heat back up to medium-high.
Pour shrimp into pan. Turn with spatula until red and curly.
Reduce heat to low.
Return eggs to pan. Stir to mix eggs and shrimp.
Empty eggs and shrimp to serving plate immediate and serve.
