Egg Fried Shrimp

Smoothness of fried egg meets sweetness of shrimp. It takes fifteen minutes from ingredients to table.

Ingredients

1 pound shrimp

6 eggs

2 teaspoons oil

If available:

1/2 teaspoon salt

Steps

  1. Peel and devein shrimp. Set aside.

  2. Egg.

    • Combine eggs and salt in a large bowl.

    • Beat eggs until fluidy like water.

  3. Fry.

    • Start a pan with oil under medium-high heat.

    • Fry eggs until almost done.

      • Pour eggs into pan when it is hot.

      • Let sit for thirty seconds.

      • Reduce heat to medium. Keep turning eggs with spatula until ninety per cent coagulated.

      • Remove eggs from pan onto serving plate.

    • Fry shrimp.

      • Turn heat back up to medium-high.

      • Pour shrimp into pan. Turn with spatula until red and curly.

      • Reduce heat to low.

    • Return eggs to pan. Stir to mix eggs and shrimp.

  4. Empty eggs and shrimp to serving plate immediate and serve.
