Chicken In Fermented Black Bean Paste

Fragrant fermented black bean and smooth-tasting chicken meat give multiple senseual satisfaction.

Ingredients

1 pound chicken breast

1 tablespoon fermented black bean

If available:

1 bulb garlic

Steps

  1. Warm pan under low heat.

  2. Mince garlic. Add to pan.

  3. Cut chicken breast into 1/3-cm or 1/8-inch slices. Set aside.

  4. Mince fermented black bean.

  5. Mix fermented black bean with chicken breast to somewhat marinate.

  6. Turn heat up to medium. Add chicken breast to pan and stir.

  7. Keep stirring until no chicken breast slice still looks uncooked. Turn heat off and stir for a few more seconds.

  8. Serve right away.
