Avocado sardine mix is a healthy, nutritious, and hearty snack. A worthy companion to your favorite TV show.

Ingredients

1 avocado

1 canned sardines

1/2 teaspoon salt

If available:

2 pieces seaweed

Steps

  1. Empty avocado kernel into a large bowl. Mesh.

  2. Add canned sardines, and mesh and mix.

  3. Cut seaweed into 1/2-cm or 1/3-inch pieces. Add to bowl and mix.

  4. Add salt. Mix thoroughly.

  5. Enjoy with or without toast or crackers.

Notes

  • Ripe avocado translates to better-tasting.
